Harbour Light's 20th Anniversary Reunion Cruise!

Please fill out this form to the best of your abilities with the accuracy per the information on your passport. There is NO PAYMENT required at this time, however we do offer an online payment option through our secure online processor if you would like to pay online. This is not a final "booking reservation" form but simply a form to allow me to better assist you on joining us for this great Harbour Lights 20th Anniversary Reunion Cruise, "Alaskan Lighthouse Adventure"!

Upon booking a Stateroom Deposit of $500.00 per stateroom, or $1000.00 per Celebrity Suites and above, along with your Registration Fee of $162.50 per person will be required. These fees can be paid online or over the phone when we discuss your stateroom booking. Final payment for the Cruise will be due by April 1st, 2011. Excursions and add-ons outside of Celebrity Cruises will be due by May 1st, 2011.
